Lead maintenance rounds across premium residential and commercial properties: plant care, pruning and hedging, lawns, and a crew looking to you for direction.
The work
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance crew on site
- Pruning, hedging, plant care and lawn programs
- Assist on landscape renovation projects
- Client and team communication, site records
What you'll need
- Experience in horticulture or landscape maintenance
- Demonstrated leadership on the tools
- Current Australian driver's licence
- White Card, or willingness to obtain one
- Cert III in Horticulture, Parks and Gardens or Landscape Construction highly regarded

The work
- Retaining wall construction, paving and stepping-stone installation
- Drainage, turf preparation and concrete works
- Supervise junior staff, coordinate materials and equipment
- Site management across construction and renovation projects
What you'll need
- Current Australian driver's licence and reliable transport
- Construction White Card
- Relevant landscaping qualification and machinery experience highly regarded
- QBCC experience or structural landscaping trade credentials a plus
